Ensuring Youthfulness With PRP

One thing that has become increasingly important to me is aging well.
Of course, it’s something we all think about. I’m not unique in that. But it is something I’ve chosen to be intentional about. I invest in it. I prioritize it. And that’s one of the reasons I’ve fallen even more in love with PRP.

I believe wholeheartedly in fixing things before they’re broken. Yes, I get my Dysport a few times a year, but I’m also very aware that true aging happens at a deeper level. Collagen and elastin loss is what changes skin over time. If we don’t support those structures early, that’s where aging shows up later. I don’t want to wait until I dislike something to take action. I want to be proactive, not reactive.

I can already hear the thoughts: “You’re young, you don’t need that.”
You’re right. I don’t. And I never want to need it. That’s the entire point.

I won’t apologize for putting my future self first, and I don’t want my patients to feel like they have to either. This is, in my opinion, one of the greatest forms of self-care—investing in who you are now and who you’ll be years from now. It’s something your future self will thank you for.

I know mine already does.
